Inflammation
Suppressed anger.
Inflammation is read as the body's expression of an inner fire - one is "inflamed and enraged" by some person or situation, the heat of held anger (the framework links it to an excess of the "fire" of liver and gall bladder) breaking out in the body, often shading into guilt. There is a felt sense of being stuck and limited, life too rigid. The short explanation's "suppressed anger" is exactly that inner fire. Relief is described as identifying and releasing what makes one "red with anger," easing the guilt, and loosening the rigidity.
Example from the findings: inflammation is read as inner rage made physical - the fire of held anger breaking out in the body.
