Raynaud’s Syndrome (Constriction of the Blood Vessels in the Fingers and/or Toes)

Raynaud's (cold, white fingers/toes)

Emotional stress.

Raynaud's narrows the small vessels of the fingers and toes until they go pale and numb, and the pattern is emotion that should be circulating gone stagnant in the extremities. The affected fingers are read as feeling abandoned and living a sense of loss; the questions it raises are whether one is living some rejection and whether one is afraid to express oneself, so that feeling withdraws from one's reaching extremities. The short explanation's "emotional stress" is that stalled, withdrawn feeling. Relief is described as letting one's emotions circulate and be expressed again, and easing the felt rejection so warmth can return to the extremities.

Example from the findings: the blanched fingers are read as emotion stagnant in the extremities, abandoned where one fears to express oneself.
