Pulpitis (Toothache)
Toothache
Lack of inner strength and conviction, and the will to fight for what is right.
A toothache is read as extreme inner pain breaking through where something is gnawing one to the core - a hurt one cannot voice, so it inflames. Because each tooth is taken to represent a particular aspect of one's life and personality, the decay reads as rejecting, or failing to stand up for, that aspect: hatred, remorse or rancour, often toward an authority, that one neither expresses nor acts on. The short explanation's "lack of inner strength and conviction, and the will to fight for what is right" is that unvoiced, unacted-upon pain. Relief is described as naming what is gnawing at one and finding the conviction to act on it, rather than letting it eat away in silence.
Example from the findings: the aching tooth is read as a gnawing hurt one cannot express, decaying the very aspect of life one will not stand up for.
