Pelvic Spasms

Pelvic cramps / spasms

Feeling very insecure about letting go the old in favour of the new.

Pelvic spasms are read as the body clenching at its centre of power and launching-point into life. Where pelvic pain reflects a fear of advancing, the spasm is read as an active gripping - holding tight to the old and bracing against the new out of insecurity, unable to let oneself move forward freely. The short explanation's "feeling very insecure about letting go of the old in favour of the new" is exactly that clenched holding-on. Relief is described as releasing the grip, feeling secure enough to move into the new, and letting one's power flow rather than clench.

Example from the findings: the pelvic spasm is read as a clenching grip on the old at the body's launching-point into life.
