Infected Fingertip (Whitlow)

A whitlow is an acute inflammation of a fingertip, read as blocked action-energy that should have been expressed coming out through the finger. The pattern is passivity and melancholy with a held charge: harmful, repressed emotions and thoughts - perhaps a secret now gnawing inside - that one needs to get out and share but keeps imprisoned, having lost one's laughter and letting one's intimate space be invaded because one ignores one's own limits.
