Myositis (Inflammation of Muscles)

Muscle inflammation

Fear of acting.

Myositis inflames and stiffens the muscles - which are tied, in this framework, to effort - and is read as stress about effort one feels forced to make but does not want to. The pattern is feeling "stuck": obliged to expend energy on a physical, mental or emotional task one has little motivation for, while needing calm, solitude and introspection that fit poorly with a fast-paced life, so a kind of inner storm builds that one braces against. The short explanation's "fear of acting" sits in that reluctant, stuck effort. Relief is described as taking one's time, asking for help, and acting from genuine motivation rather than obligation.

Example from the findings: the inflamed muscle is read as stress over effort one feels forced into without the will to make it.
