Ischemia (Deficiency of Blood Supply to the Brain)

Reduced blood flow to the brain

Feeling bad about oneself, often because of a sense of guilt or a feeling of being inadequate and therefore useless.

Ischemia starves part of the brain of blood - and blood is read as the carrier of one's joy and worth. Where that supply fails, it is read as joy and self-regard withdrawing from the mind: a person turning against themselves in guilt, feeling inadequate and therefore useless, so that the nourishing flow of self-worth no longer reaches where it is needed. The short explanation's "feeling bad about oneself, often because of a sense of guilt or a feeling of being inadequate and therefore useless" is exactly that. Relief is described as restoring a sense of one's own worth, easing the guilt, and letting joy flow back to nourish oneself.

(Note: this is a metaphysical interpretation; reduced blood supply to the brain is a serious condition requiring medical care.)

Example from the findings: brain ischemia is read as self-worth and joy withdrawing under guilt and a sense of being useless.
