Hypertension

High blood pressure

Excessive emotional and mental stress due to feeling bad about oneself, or because of feeling unworthy and inadequate.

High blood pressure is read as a pressure-cooker of feeling held under the surface - and, in one tradition, specifically as a suppressed fighting spirit. The pattern is combativeness pushed down: someone who believes themselves peaceful turns the buried aggression against themselves, with long-swallowed anger and worry kept under pressure by a sense of being unworthy or inadequate and a guilt at not asserting themselves and "setting things right." The short explanation's "excessive emotional and mental stress due to feeling bad about oneself, or because of feeling unworthy and inadequate" is exactly that. Relief is described as owning and expressing the suppressed fight cleanly, easing the self-judgement and guilt, and affirming one's worth so the inner pressure can drop.

(Note: this is a metaphysical interpretation; high blood pressure should be monitored and managed medically.)

Example from the findings: hypertension is read as a suppressed fighting spirit turned against oneself beneath a sense of being unworthy.
