Headaches

Feeling bad about oneself.

A headache is read as pressure built in the head from trying too hard - straining mentally to be or do something, or gripped by worry about what is coming. The pattern is self-criticism turned into physical pressure: a sense of failure or self-doubt, not liking what one sees in oneself and judging it harshly, so that one feels boxed in one's own head. Often it comes from over-rationalising - sorting everything into right and wrong, wanting to understand too much too fast - while pushing one's real emotions aside as improper. The short explanation's "feeling bad about oneself" is that self-judgement made into pressure. Relief is described as easing the mental striving, letting one's feelings have a place, and meeting oneself without the harsh verdict.

Example from the findings: the headache is read as the mind squeezing itself through over-effort and self-criticism, with left-side pain linked to the feminine and right-side to the masculine.
