Eczema
Eczema
Not being able to accept the perceived injustices of life.
Eczema inflames the skin - our organ of contact - and the pattern is a hypersensitive person carrying an unhealed separation. Not having learned to love oneself, and fearing being hurt, one lives by others' expectations and dreads abandonment; an intense earlier parting - a move, a lost closeness, sometimes very early in life - left the skin "missing" a touch it used to have, and it voices that loss as inflammation. Underneath is a sense that one's deep self was rejected and that one has no power over one's own life. The short explanation's inability to accept perceived injustice is that unaccepted wound of separation. Relief is described as learning to love oneself, completing the old grief, and no longer recreating distance from those one loves.
Example from the findings: the skin is read as voicing a lost contact - I was loved, but that is in the past - through a separation never mourned.
