Digestion disorders
Indigestion / digestive problems
Unable to absorb the reality of life.
Indigestion is read as the body rejecting what it cannot assimilate - and, beyond food, the reality, thoughts and feelings one is struggling to take in. The pattern is an "overflow" somewhere in life: too much at once, a situation or person one cannot digest, a novelty one refuses to integrate, sometimes revolt and sharp criticism toward it. Often there are words one would say that stay imprisoned inside, while anxiety and insecurity turn the stomach. The short explanation's "unable to absorb the reality of life" is exactly that. Relief is described as taking a position one can stand on, letting the held words out, and taking life in at a pace one can actually digest.
Example from the findings: indigestion is read as an overflow one cannot assimilate - a person, a change, or words held imprisoned inside.
