Cuts

Cuts

Traumatic cuts are caused by anger at the self, or feelings of guilt or shame.

A cut breaks the skin, and the pattern is inner disorder surfacing - a deep mental pain that can hide real guilt. It reads as a warning: one is going too fast, pushing one's limits, caught in an inner conflict, with an emotion one cannot master at the moment of the cut. Where and how it happens refines it - a cut to the hand, for instance, points to guilt about what one is doing, often something rushed or disliked. The short explanation's "anger at the self, or feelings of guilt or shame" is that turned-inward charge breaking through. Relief is described as slowing down, heeding the warning to change direction, and easing the guilt rather than turning it on oneself.

Example from the findings: the cut is read as inner conflict and guilt surfacing as a warning to reassess one's pace and direction.
