Bleeding (Nose)
Nosebleed
Feelings of helplessness.
A nosebleed is read as joy and love of life leaking out of the body. The pattern is a loss of joy over a deep disappointment - feeling drained, not recognised, accepted or loved at one's true worth - sometimes sliding into playing the victim and taking distance from others, feeling shut in and pressed by all there is to do. In a child it is read as difficulty taking one's place before an authority whose approval one keeps seeking, the bleeding drawing the attention one craves. The short explanation's "feelings of helplessness" sits in that drained, unrecognised state. Relief is described as recognising and valuing oneself, so one's joy need not leak away to be noticed.
Example from the findings: the nosebleed is read as joy draining out over a disappointment of not feeling valued.
