Anxiety

Not trusting the process of life.

Anxiety is read as a felt narrowing of one's space - smothered in one's own desires by boundaries that do not really exist. The pattern is a sense of being trapped, unable to voice one's anger, allowing others to crowd one's inner space and setting one's own needs aside to win love, which tightens into chronic unease. There is a sensing of imminent but unnameable danger and a fear of the future; at root the framework sees one's power placed outside oneself - in something felt to be higher or stronger - rather than trusted within, leaving one feeling too weak to manage alone. The short explanation's "not trusting the process of life" is that displaced trust. Relief is described as reclaiming one's own power, trusting that life supports one, and giving one's real needs their rightful place.

Example from the findings: anxiety is tied to feeling boxed in by invisible limits and to handing one's power to something outside oneself.
