Anaemia
Anaemia (low iron / 'low blood')
Feelings of not deserving life.
Blood carries, across these frameworks, the joy of living, love and the emotions, so a thinning of it reflects a thinning of joy and of one's felt strength to love. The pattern is discouragement and a quiet refusal of life: a sense of being without worth, doubting one's capacity to love fully, living in "yes, but..." with little appetite for one's own hopes - one's very life-force and sense of life's meaning read as running out. One tradition adds a family dimension: a child's blood is read as going weak where a mother holds that life, or the one who should provide, is "poor" and inadequate, or wears the child down with self-pitying tears - the child absorbing the message that life itself is meagre. The short explanation's "feelings of not deserving life" is that withdrawal of one's own life-joy. Relief is described as letting joy, strength and love return to what carries one, and trusting that life - and one's own worth - is rich enough.
Example from the findings: anaemia is tied to discouragement and a draining of life-joy, and in a child to absorbing a sense that life itself is poor.
