Allergies
Allergies
Not being able to accept the perceived injustices of life.
An allergy is the body over-reacting to something harmless, and the emotional pattern mirrors that over-reaction. In one systematic framework the root is a fear of one's own anger - a dread that the anger will destroy love - which keeps the person in low-grade alarm and makes them hypersensitive and intolerant toward whatever they cannot accept. Bound up with it is a sense of powerlessness before the thing one is "allergic" to: the person hands their own power to it. So the body treats a harmless trigger as a threat in the same way the person treats an unacceptable situation or person as one. The short explanation's inability to accept perceived injustice is that intolerance seen from the inside. Relief is described as reclaiming one's power and feeling safe and at peace with life - and, in the same framework, as forgiving the fear itself rather than fighting it. A guiding question is simply: who, or what, are you allergic to?
Example from the findings: allergy is placed at the first stage of a chain - fear of one's own anger - that, left unreleased, hardens into deeper conditions.
